OhoPrice editorial review
Our Take: The A5 Pro is a big-battery, big-brand phone with one notable compromise. The 5800mAh battery is genuinely strong, the Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen1 is a capable, efficient chip, 8GB RAM with up to 256GB storage is generous, and the slim 7.8mm body is pleasant to hold. But the 6.67-inch 720p display is the sore point: at about 264 PPI and with no high refresh rate listed, it looks dated against the full-HD screens most rivals now offer at 54,999 PKR. The 50MP main camera with a 2MP helper is solid for daylight shots, and Oppo's ColorOS is polished. If you want OPPO's reliability and a big battery and can accept a soft screen, this is a fair buy. The ZTE Nubia Focus Pro 5G is 5,000 PKR cheaper and takes the fight to a different league. Its 108MP camera with OIS and a 32MP front camera dwarf the A5 Pro's 50MP/8MP, its full-HD 392 PPI display is far sharper than the Oppo's 720p, and it adds 5G and 256GB storage with up to 20GB dynamic RAM. The A5 Pro answers with a bigger 5800mAh battery against 5000mAh and the stronger OPPO brand name. For every spec that matters on paper, the Nubia wins for less money; the A5 Pro is only the choice if you insist on the OPPO badge and want the extra 800mAh of endurance. Run the A5 Pro IMEI through PTA's DIRBS — Oppo's midrange line is a frequent unofficial import.
