OhoPrice editorial review
Our Take: Be very careful with the Hot 12i, because its 41,999 PKR price does not match what is inside. The Helio A22 is a 2018-era chip built around old Cortex-A53 cores — it will handle WhatsApp, YouTube and light browsing, but it will strain on modern apps and any gaming, and 4GB of RAM does little to rescue it. The 6.6-inch 720p panel is about 267 PPI, which is standard budget fare, the 13MP camera with autofocus is actually respectable for the money, and the 5000mAh battery is dependable. The biggest red flag is the data itself: no dimensions are listed for this phone at all, and no screen brightness figure, so part of the spec sheet is simply unverifiable. This phone makes sense only at a heavy discount off the listed price. Against the Realme C100i, the Hot 12i loses where it matters most. The C100i's 2026 Unisoc T7250 vastly outperforms the Hot 12i's 2018 Helio A22, its 7000mAh battery is 40% larger than the Infinix's 5000mAh, and both offer 4GB/64GB. The Infinix's only real win is the camera: 13MP with AF and an 8MP front against the C100i's 8MP rear and 5MP front, plus a 2MP macro and depth pair the Realme lacks entirely. Yet that camera edge is not worth paying 5,000 PKR more for a phone with a far weaker chip and no listed dimensions. If you want the Infinix for its camera, confirm the physical size in person and negotiate the price down; otherwise the C100i is the better-engineered buy. Check the Hot 12i IMEI against PTA's DIRBS — and push for a discount, because the listed price is hard to justify for the chip inside.
