The 108MP main sensor on a 1/1.33-inch base is excellent, and the periscope telephoto delivers a genuine 10x optical zoom — a feature that still outdoes most current flagships, which often stop at 5x. The 6.8-inch 1440x3200 display at about 516 PPI is one of the sharpest panels ever made, with 120Hz and a 1500-nit peak, and the 5000mAh battery is dependable. The compromises are real: the Exynos 2100 runs hot and is slower than modern chips, 12GB/256GB is fine but not generous for 2026, and software support for the 21-series is winding down. At 243,000 PKR you are paying for that 10x zoom and the stunning screen, not for general performance. Only camera enthusiasts with a soft spot for the S21 Ultra's zoom should consider it. No rival was found in the preferred price range, which itself says something about this phone in 2026: nothing in the current catalogue sits at 242,999 PKR, so the S21 Ultra is being compared against what else your money can buy rather than a direct peer. Against modern flagships in the 200,000-to-250,000 PKR band, it holds its own only in two areas — the 10x optical zoom and the 516 PPI display — and loses on chip, battery efficiency, software updates and fresh features. If zoom reach and screen sharpness are the deciding factors, the S21 Ultra can still justify itself; if you value current silicon, longer support and modern battery tech, a newer device at similar money is the wiser spend. The 10x periscope is the entire argument, and you should be sure it is the argument you want to make. A 2021 Exynos unit at 243,000 PKR needs scrutiny: verify PTA status on DIRBS, check for overheating in use, and confirm battery health.
