Our Take: The Itel A100 is a masterclass in marketing a number: it advertises 12GB RAM, but the fine print reveals 8GB of that is extended (virtual) memory on top of 4GB physical, so do not expect true 12GB multitasking. What you do get for 27,999 PKR is honest value: 128GB of fixed storage, a 5000mAh battery for a full day, a Unisoc T7250 chip that handles everyday apps, and a 6.74-inch HD+ screen at about 260 PPI. The 8MP rear and 8MP front cameras are the weakest points — basic sensors fine for calls and snaps, not for photography. This is a good cheap phone for someone who wants reliable basics without paying for camera hardware they will not use. The Samsung Galaxy A05 at 24,999 PKR is 3,000 PKR cheaper and flips the value equation. The A05's 50MP main camera with a 2MP depth sensor decisively beats the Itel's 8MP, and it brings the Helio G85 chip, 25W charging and Samsung's brand trust for less money. The Itel answers with 128GB storage against the A05's 128GB (a tie), a marginally larger advertised RAM figure (12GB total, though only 4GB physical — same as the A05's 4GB), and a slightly newer September 2025 release against February 2024. If the camera matters, the A05 is the obvious pick; the A100 only wins if you specifically prefer the Itel's storage-to-price ratio and do not care about photography. Confirm the A100 IMEI is PTA-registered before buying — budget Itel phones are common unofficial imports.
