The 5.7-inch display at 301 PPI produces sharp text that is noticeably clearer than the 260-270 PPI panels common at this price. With 2 GB of RAM, the phone struggles with multitasking, and the 16 GB of storage is extremely tight — you will need to manage files regularly. The dual 13 MP + 2 MP rear camera with PDAF captures reliable daylight photos, and the autofocus ensures sharp shots when subjects are moving. The octa-core processor handles basic tasks without significant lag. The 3000 mAh battery is significantly smaller than the 5000 mAh standard, which means heavy users will need to charge before evening. This phone makes sense only for buyers who specifically want a compact Samsung phone with a sharp display and can accept its severe storage and battery limitations. The Infinix Smart 7 HD at Rs 18,999 costs Rs 3,000 more but offers 64 GB of storage — four times the A01's 16 GB — and a 5000 mAh battery versus the Samsung's 3000 mAh cell. The Galaxy A01's compact 5.7-inch form factor is its genuine advantage — it fits in pockets and hands that the Infinix cannot. The Samsung's 301 PPI display is also sharper than the Smart 7 HD's 267 PPI panel. The A01's PDAF-equipped camera produces more consistently focused images.
