Our Take: The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a compact foldable that still works well for people who want a pocketable flip design with a usable 6.7-inch screen once opened. The 3300 mAh battery is its biggest weakness, so it is best for users who do not rely on all-day heavy use or who are comfortable charging in the evening. The Samsung brand and a durable cover screen make it a practical entry into foldables for style-conscious buyers. Compared with the Tecno Phantom V2 Flip, the Z Flip 3 is the more compact and familiar choice, while the Tecno offers a larger inner screen and a much bigger 4590 mAh battery. If you want something easy to slip into a pocket, the Z Flip 3 is the smarter pick; if you want bigger screen real estate and more runtime, the Tecno is more compelling.
