Our Take: The Vivo V40 is a camera-first phone for people who treat their phone as their main camera. It pairs a 50MP wide with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide with autofocus, plus a 50MP front camera — a setup that rivals phones far above its 99,999 PKR price. The 6.78-inch 120Hz display at 1260 x 2800 is flagship sharp, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 keeps it cool and quick, and 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage leaves nothing to be desired. The 5500mAh battery is a genuine plus for a camera-focused phone, since video and editing drain cells fast. Its weak point is the competition at its own price, not the phone itself. The Infinix Note 60 Edge 5G costs 15,000 PKR less and counters with a bigger 6500mAh battery, 5G and an AMOLED display. But the gap in camera hardware is huge: the V40's dual 50MP sensors with OIS and autofocus on the ultrawide are a different class from the Edge 5G's single 50MP/13MP pair, and the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 with 12GB RAM outpaces the Edge 5G's octa-core with 8GB. If your budget is strict and battery life is king, the Edge 5G is the value pick; if photography and performance are the point of the purchase, the V40 justifies its premium.
