OhoPrice editorial review

The Vivo X80 is a 2022 camera flagship asking 169,999 PKR in 2026, and the money mostly lands on the imaging side. The 50MP main lens sits on a 1/1.49-inch sensor with laser autofocus and optical stabilisation, joined by a real 12MP 2x telephoto at 50mm and a 12MP ultrawide — a true three-lens setup with no decorative filler, and the 32MP front camera is a capable selfie shooter. The 6.8-inch 1080x2400 screen resolves to about 388 PPI and hits 1500 nits peak, bright enough for harsh sun, and the 120Hz refresh keeps it fluid. The Dimensity 9000 was a 2022 flagship chip and remains quicker than many current midrange parts, though the 4500mAh battery is the weak link — modest for a phone in this class and likely to end the day if you shoot a lot of video. The bigger risk is simply age: 2022 hardware and no listed software-update commitment, so weigh the camera-first design against how long you expect to keep it. The Nothing Phone 3A at 153,499 PKR is 16,500 PKR cheaper and flips the priorities. The Nothing has the larger 5000mAh battery against the X80's 4500mAh, a newer Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, and a 2025 launch date that guarantees years more software support. But the X80's camera hardware is the class act here: a stabilised 50MP main with laser AF, a 2x optical telephoto, and a 12MP ultrawide against the Nothing's 50MP main, 50MP secondary and 8MP ultrawide — the X80 also shoots better in low light thanks to the bigger sensor and OIS. If you want the best stills and video money can buy at this level and accept 2022-era battery life, the X80 justifies its premium; if fresh software, endurance and value lead, the Nothing 3A is the smarter 153,499 PKR. Confirm the X80 IMEI on PTA's DIRBS — Vivo flagship units are frequently unofficial imports, and a 2022 model deserves a battery-health check.
