OhoPrice editorial review
Our Take: The Vivo Y22 is a simple, no-nonsense phone for people who want a fresh budget device with decent cameras rather than the oldest possible model in this bracket. The 50MP main lens with PDAF is the highlight, and the 128GB of storage means you will not be clearing space within weeks of setup. The 720p panel and 4GB of RAM are the budget giveaways, and the Helio G85 will cope with everyday use but is not built for heavy multitasking or games. The Oppo A6C costs about 4,000 PKR less and swings the pendulum hard towards battery life with a 7000mAh cell that can realistically run past a day and a half of heavy use. What you trade for that endurance is everything else: the A6C ships with just 4GB/64GB, a 13MP camera and a 720p panel, while the Y22 doubles the storage and offers a far more capable 50MP sensor. If you hate carrying a charger, the A6C is tempting; if you would rather have photos and storage that age well, the Y22 is the wiser spend. Verify PTA approval on the Y22's IMEI — this model is frequently sold as an unofficial import.
