OhoPrice editorial review

Our Take: Few phones at 28,000 PKR give you an ultrawide lens at all, and that 8MP ultrawide is the Y30's most interesting feature — it lets you fit groups and tight interiors into one frame where rivals can only pull back physically. The 13MP main camera is ordinary, the 720p panel works out to around 264 PPI on the 6.5-inch screen (readable, but noticeably soft up close), and the Helio P35 with 4GB of RAM will manage messaging, video and light browsing before it starts to sweat. The 5000mAh battery is dependable, and 128GB of storage is generous at this price, though the 9.1mm chassis is chunkier than newer budget phones. Set against the Sego Note 70 Limited Edition, the Vivo's advantage is the ultrawide camera and a brand with an actual service network in Pakistan. Sego's phone costs about 3,850 PKR less and claims 12GB of RAM, but read that spec carefully — the bracket says 8GB is extended, meaning only 4GB is physical, the same as the Y30. The Sego's display type, resolution and dimensions are all unlisted in the data, so there is no way to verify what screen you are actually getting. If verified hardware and a reliable after-sales presence matter more than a few thousand rupees, the Y30 is the safer pick; if price and on-paper RAM lead, the Sego is the gamble. Check the Y30's IMEI in PTA's DIRBS before paying — budget Vivos are commonly sold as grey imports.
