Our Take: The Vivo V60 is a compelling package for someone who wants a generous battery and a strong camera system without reaching flagship territory. Its 6500 mAh cell is the standout feature here, and that battery gives this phone the ability to stay active for very long days of video, navigation and light gaming without needing a midday charge. The 6.77-inch HDR10+ panel is bright enough for outdoor use, and the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset with 12GB RAM should feel smooth for social media, multitasking and long browsing sessions. The periscope telephoto with OIS and Zeiss-branded 50MP selfie are also notable for the price, giving it a more premium imaging feel than most midrange phones. Compared with the Samsung Galaxy A17, the Vivo V60 brings a much bigger battery, richer camera hardware and stronger raw performance, while the A17 trades some of that for a slightly lower price and a more compact software experience. The A17 is still a good option if you want a more budget-conscious handset, but the Vivo is the better choice if long runtime and a better zoom camera matter most.
