OhoPrice editorial review
Our Take: The Oppo A3 packs a modern chip and huge storage into a slim frame, which makes it a quietly sensible pick at 39,999 PKR. The Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 is genuinely newer and more efficient than the ageing Helio chips common at this price, 6GB of RAM with 256GB of storage is plenty, and the 50MP main camera is dependable for everyday shooting. The 90Hz display reaches 1000 nits and stays readable in daylight, and the 5100mAh battery covers a full day. The weak spots are the 5MP front camera, which lags its rivals, and the 720p panel at roughly 264 PPI, which is soft against full-HD competitors. Set against the Infinix Smart 20, the A3 is the stronger machine for about 6,000 PKR more. It runs a much faster Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 against the Smart 20's G81, offers 256GB of storage against up to 128GB, a 50MP camera against 8MP, and 6GB of RAM against 4GB expanded to 8GB virtually. The Smart 20 fights back with a 5,999 PKR lower price, a marginally larger 5200mAh battery and a better 8MP selfie, though its spec sheet is corrupted in the data. If performance and storage are your priorities, the A3 is worth the extra money; if you are simply chasing the cheapest price, the Smart 20 undercuts it. Check the A3's IMEI with PTA's DIRBS before buying — OPPO's budget line is a frequent unofficial import.
